Bird Friendly London Writing Contest

We are inviting submissions of bird-themed writing with the theme of "What Birds Mean to Me." We are accepting any formats or styles, and there will be a youth competition (ages 5-17) and an adult competition (18+). All entries will be displayed on the Bird Friendly London website and the winners will receive a prize pack containing:

Various goodies from FeatherFields Bird and Garden Store

A hat and T-shirt from Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre

A pass to Fanshawe Conservation Area supplied by Upper Thames River Conservation Authority
-
A roll of Feather Friendly DIY Tape for window retrofits supplied by London Environmental Network

Entering the competition is simple:

Submit the entry form linked below with details about your submission.

Attach or paste your entry into the google form.

You may submit multiple entries, but can only win one prize

No profanity or personal identifiers

The deadline for submissions is September 15th at 11:59 pm. Entries submitted after the deadline can still be included in our website and social media features but will not be considered for the competition.
